2. Description of Service

RentYourTailgate.com, operated by rvaMarketingPlus, provides a platform connecting vehicle owners ("Drivers") with businesses ("Advertisers") seeking mobile advertising space on vehicles, including but not limited to truck tailgates, sides, and windows.

3. User Responsibilities

For Drivers:

• You must legally own or have the right to use the registered vehicle.
• You must maintain valid auto insurance and a valid driver's license.
• You agree to keep the advertisement clean and in good condition during the campaign period.
• You must meet the minimum driving requirements specified for your matched campaign.

For Advertisers:

• You must provide high-quality artwork that complies with our content guidelines.
• You are responsible for the costs associated with printing and installing the advertisements, unless otherwise stated.
• You agree to pay the agreed-upon campaign rates in a timely manner.

4. Payments and Fees

Drivers will be compensated based on the specific terms of their matched campaign, typically on a monthly basis. rvaMarketingPlus reserves the right to withhold payment if the Driver fails to meet the campaign requirements (e.g., insufficient mileage, damaged advertisement). Advertisers will be billed according to their campaign agreement.

5. Advertisement Installation and Removal

All advertisement installations and removals must be performed by rvaMarketingPlus approved professionals. Drivers must not attempt to apply or remove the advertising materials themselves. Any damage to the vehicle caused by unauthorized removal is the sole responsibility of the Driver.

6. Liability

rvaMarketingPlus and RentYourTailgate.com are not liable for any accidents, damages, or traffic violations that occur while a Driver is participating in a campaign. The Driver maintains full responsibility for the safe and legal operation of their vehicle.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
